*Sigh*
If you INSIST on tweened animation, let me PLEASE give you some helpful pointers.
1. I reccommend using LINE / PENCIL tool when creating mostly tweened animation because it looks cleaner and it's more acceptable in this genre of animation. Just PLEASE, don't switch from brush to line, aka your Mouths and some other things.
2. Also, please include more than just 1 head angle for your main characters to make things a little more interesting. I know the guy at the end had 2, but that doesn't count because he wasn't even in the movie.
3. Also, please have more than one hand movements, watch college university for example, or Neptune circles work. I think that's how tweened animations should look, so if your going to be lazy you might as well go the extra mile.
4. Last this is an ACTUAL flaw in your cartoon. You don't know where the elbow is. First of all the TOP part of your arm is bigger than the bottom part excluding the hand. And your elbow is NOT where your sleeves is. If you put it directly in the middle, I'd find that except able to. I know the guy in the black shirt had it a little higher then the middle. But the guy with the T-shirt ... no.
5. Just make sure everything is as clean as possibly because this make the overall production look professional and attractive. You may wanna do a lil' shading to but don't go crazy because then it just looks noobish.
Those are the 5 biggest flaws in your cartoon and animation techniques that I could see. Overall it was an average cartoon, nothing special in my opinion. The content was also very predictable I found as well. It was semi entertaining to watch though.
