Meh,

the fbf was there, but it wasn't all that great. It was a nice you attempted buy you still need some work. Like for his run cycle his head should stay the same through out the frames, and one of his hands became giant during it. So, yee.

SardonicSamurai responds:

Yeah, I should've kept the head the same, but when I realized it was going off sync, I just kept going anyway. I practically did this thing in two days, (not 48 hours... just a few hours each day), so I'm still happy with the score I got :D

Ulgh,

I was seriously impressed until i saw the "to be continued..." I mean it was just getting good when I had to say good-bye. I noticed you used more tweens in your animation this time around so you should have gotten more done... Your drawing of perspective is well done, and you should be rewarded on that. When you did fbf however it was done nice and alot neater than last years time around. Not saying last years was bad, you've just cleaned up you act alot. Nice choice of music and great take on Tom's game. Happy Pico Day dude!

Lalo responds:

yeah, i trusted myself and time too much, when i noticed there was just one month left and i barely had the intro done, so i worked like ass till today... i learned my lesson hehe, ill try not to do it again...

thanks for noticing that i've cleaned up my act, i love when people realize it :D

mase.

Pff

you boys love your tweens. We did incorporate some fbf though, but I can see how you guys neglect that path of animation because you put so much detail into your characters it would be a huge task. At least you included some in this silly short,

P.S - STOP WITH THE DICKINGS

LMAO

I would have produced the same flash as you, I was going to re-animate pico vs. uberkids aswell - but my computer died and crashed, happy camping!

oh wait, IMPROVEMENTS:
-WAY TO MANY TWEENS AND NO LIP SYNC TRY MORE FBF

David emmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

beautiful

If you are any where's near as attractive as this cartoon you put together, you must be beating away the ladies. Terrific FBF, you must be some dedicated to get that great piece done in a few months, unless of couRse you cheated and started before Tom officially announced there was gonna be a Pico Day... Regardless, your cartoon is amazingly hot!

Hmm

A lot of these picoday submission have queer story lines, but excellent animation...

Prime example. I will give you brown points though because you used the line/pencil tool and strayed away from the brush. Good effort, and you successes on the animation! The story was metieokre but it's the animation and timing that really matter - which you good down packed pretty well I'd say.

Nicely done boys!

A great performance demonstrated by the both of you! Very nicely done, the backgrounds, the animation, everything. Only complaint is, hmm maybe a better story, and some bits the fbf was sloppy. That was probably due to the tight deadline. Overall though like I said, it was a great effort put forth!

The-Swain responds:

We kinda had to learn Pico as we went along, and very little of the cartoon was animated chronologically. Glad that didn't keep you from enjoying it though!

"nearly everything is animated "frame by frame"."

Nearly everything was animated with motion tweens actually. I don't know who you were trying to fool there... But the tweens were at the best quality. Very good performance, there were some bits of the animation i didn't like, but overall very nice. I'd say this cartoon is better than/close to overlapping madness in greatness. Your perspective in the backgrounds is awesome, did you use any tutorials / special methods? I know the one point technique but im still rusty and learning that bit. I would love you beyond believe if you told me your refrences. But i'll keep this a little, short nice work man, it's appricated. Also I like the "extra" scene ;) and thats amazing work for flash 5!

Mottis responds:

No, it's completely fbf I promise. I didn't use any tweens in the Bunnies motion. I moved the bunnies bodyparts in each frame, then added a new frame, moved them again etc.

The only large part whrere I used tweens was the huge robot. You can actually see this clearly, it's movement is nowhere near as smooth as the bunnies movement.

So no, I'm not trying to fool anyone.

!!

I've been following all your releases latley, damn do you have some talent. The shading was great, but try more fbf next time. I really like you included rupee / switched to drawn cartoons. I'ma watch some of my old favorites of yours now thanks!

:]

JonBro responds:

Wow, thanks! I'll try to put more fbf in later works.
